Trenchless replacement 

Trenchless replacement of pipelines with the use of hydraulic machines is based on the destruction of the old pipe under the ground with the help of an expander knife with the simultaneous laying of a new polyethylene pipe inside the old one. Pipes are laid by the method of destruction, are connected by welding or using a thread. Works can be carried out in almost any soil, except soils, the content of stones in which more than 50%. When reconstructing a worn-out water supply or sewage by the destruction method, the maximum length of one passage can be up to 200 meters. Hydraulic machines are used for systems of pressure and non-pressure pipelines and allow replacement of pipelines (metal, plastic, ceramics, reinforced concrete, asbestos cement) with new polyethylene ones. Using this method allows the replacement of worn pipelines with the possibility of increasing the diameter of the pipe up to 300%.

Hydraulic machines are used both for the reconstruction of pipelines by the method of destruction, and as one of the trenchless methods of puncturing water pipes, sewers and other pipelines under highways and railway, tram tracks.

The operation of the machine is carried out in a static manner, recommended for replacing pipes in sensitive soils, near other utilities and buildings.
