It is used for flangeless connection of pipelines made from both polyethylene and other dissimilar materials. Can be used for emergency work.

Specifications

● The coupling is made according to TU 27.2-33437218.002: 2006.

● Axial deviations of pipes from each side ± 6 °.

● Coupling housing made of steel grade St3ps, GOST 14637.

● Clamping flange made of steel grade St3ps, GOST 14637. The flange dimensions correspond to the typical flange dimensions for a working pressure of 10 kg / cm.

● The design of the coupling provides installation in any position.

● Rubber seal is made of rubber brand IRP 1068; rubber mix brand 5C-3831. The shape of the seal allows you to connect with pipes with minor defects in the surface of the pipe.

● Nuts galvanized according to GOST 5915; washers according to GOST 11371; M16 studs galvanized according to GOST 22034. The method of cold galvanizing is used; the layer thickness is not less than 9 microns (M16 studs and higher (depending on the coupling diameter) have a layer thickness of not less than 250 microns). The ends of the studs are protected by plastic caps.
