Repair clamps

Function

Designed to seal damage to the pipelines, as well as to connect the pipes together. Designed for steel pipes, pipes made of copper, cast iron, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and pipes of fiber cement.

Technical specifications of repair clamps

● Designed to seal holes, cracks and porous areas in water pipes.

● Made of stainless steel Chrome / Nickel 18/10, which allows them to be used for quick and reliable repair of damaged pipelines.

● The fastener (stud) is attached to the clamp body by argon welding, the locking grip remains movable relative to the studs. Therefore, there is no need to disassemble the structural elements into separate parts, which reduces installation time. In addition, there is no danger of losing individual parts during installation.

● Repair clamps have mounting grooves, which are used to evenly distribute the pressure on the surface of the rubber seal.

● Studs and nuts have an M-14 thread and have protective caps for long life.

● The guide nuts together with the washers position the support bar for tightening the clamp.

● The diameter range for using the clamp is embossed on its body, which provides a clear and durable image.

● The gasket is made of rubber and has a wafer structure in accordance with the requirements for synthetic materials that come into contact with water. The seal is properly attached directly to the clamp.

● Quality is guaranteed by constant tests.

Pressure

Permissible pressure depends on the material and the external diameter of the pipe, the degree of damage. Operating pressure 1.0 MPa.
