Actual for United Territorial Societies
Currently, Ukraine is actively creating the United Territorial Societies (UTO), many of them do not have their own sufficient budget to solve all the problems of society.
Perhaps the biggest problem in the villages that young communities face is the lack of drinking water in the region! At the same time, the Ministry of Regional Development approved the Procedure for the selection of projects aimed at the implementation of tasks and activities for the implementation of the national target Program"Drinking water of Ukraine" for 2011-2020. The indicated Program, given the approved design and estimate documentation (namely for the reconstruction and new construction of treatment facilities or main pipelines to provide the population with drinking water) and having 10% of the total project amount in the local budget, provides for the possibility of receiving a state subvention of 90%!
